Stinging Nettle Leaf Tincture
Known for its sting, nettle has long been appreciated. It commonly grows in North American in the summer months in damp and moist areas.
In ayurveda, Nettles are adaptogenic, which means they enhance the body's natural response to physical and emotional stress and are a slow-acting nutritive herb that gently cleanses the body of metabolic wastes.
Directions for use:
Adults: 1-2 dropperfuls in a little water morning and evening.
Children: ½ dropperful in a little water once daily.
